Sean Maden is a remote-working Postdoctoral Research Fellow (Adv. Prof. Stephanie Hicks) at the Department of Biostatistics with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Sean is currently working on new RNA-seq deconvolution methods for brain tissue. He has research expertise in epigenetics, integrative biomarker studies, and meta-analyses of public omics data, and he possesses over 8 years of programming experience in R, Python, and bash.
