The new Teaching Materials section has been updated with new content! Now, you can learn about using AI/ML, applying bioinformatics workflows, analyzing DNA methylation, and more. Featured software includes Copilot, NextFlow, conda, mamba, and bespoke software packages including recountmethylation and intronomer.
